"Deliver pizza" is an objective in the sidequest Splinter Group in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough[edit]
Drop down into the hatch that opens in front of you. This will deposit you into the Rat's Nest. Go forward to the table to drop off the pizza. This will lure the mutants out so you can kill all of them.
