Doctor Heather Samuels is a Hyperion Researcher. She started doing Human Slag Experimentation on Handsome Jack's orders. She was being blackmailed into it just to keep her wife alive.
She is killed by Test Subject #525 who has her daughter Tina throw a heavy red rock against the wall. Test Subject #524 was the father of Tina.
