This is one of Dukino's Mom's main attacks. She opens her mouth and launch a series of electrical orbs at you. They will tear away your shields without any trouble at all. Each does a good bit of damage, so the more that connect, the more danger you are in.
The best way to dodge it is to be behind one of the many rocks in the area.
