- This magazine is found in the Dahl Abandon, nearby the entrance to the mine from the Abandon.
- Linger in the open area in front of the entrance.
- You will need to deal with a few Bandit Technical Headhunters.
- One of them will be marked and they will have the Racks and Rakks.
