"Get Princess Fluffybutt" is an objective in the sidequest You Are Cordially Invited: Party Prep in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough
Head to the East from the Skittering Mound. There is a small shack you can see there. Head over to it and look on the chair there. Be sure to deal with the Marauder that is hanging about first. There you will find Princess Fluffybutt.
