Walkthrough[edit]
- Talking with Dr. Zed, in his new place found in the Western portion of the Backburner.
- From there, head over to the transition for the Dahl Abandon.
- Once there, visit the Catch-A-Ride Station and summon up a vehicle.
- Use that to travel out to the Miasma Sink.
- This location has a high appearance rate of infected people.
- Killing the humanoid ones can yield a Infected Body Part.
- Leave and re-enter the area for quick refills of your targets as needed.
- Expect to encounter: Infected Colossus, Infected Lesionaire, Necrotizing Skags, Infected Raging Colossus, Infected Maniac, Infected Badass Lesionaire, Infected Badass Sapling, Necrotizing Badass Lichenthrope, and importantly Decaying Pods.
- Anytime you encounter a pod, let it grow and sprout forth another infected person.
- Kill that target and resume searching the area for more.
