Liar's Berg is a location in Borderlands 2.
You get there in the mission Cleaning up the Berg
When you approach the area, Handsome Jack announces that he is offering a million bucks to whomever brings the head of the Vault Hunters who just arrived in Liar's Berg, and that he is still offering a reward for Roland, the mass-murdering leader of the Crimson Raiders.
