Hatred's Shadow is a new zone in Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC which contains the Nefarious Battlement.

Enemies

The Nefarious Battlement is on the Outer-most portion of the Keep. You will find numerous Orcs waiting for you just inside and knights just a bit farther in.
