How to start
Complete Bright Lights, Flying City and The Cold Shoulder. Go into The Fridge and favor the left-hand side of the Frigid Cleft as you head toward Icemaw Grotto. A Goliath should spawn on that side and drop the recorder needed for this mission. You kill him without Enraging him! He will then drop: VOICE BOX THAT MAKE WORD COME OUT, allowing you to begin the mission.
