Open cell is an objective in the Story Mission, Hypocritical Oath in Borderlands 2: Commander Lilith and the Fight For Sanctuary


Walkthrough[edit]

  • Jump down from the walkway you are on.
  • Head over to the Northern side of the lower platform on ground level to find the switch you are after.
  • Interact with the button to open one of the cells.
