"Open outhouse" is an objective in the sidequest Cult Following: Lighting The Match in Borderlands 2
Walkthrough
Head over to the right of Incinerator Clayton. The outhouse that has been sealed is now highlighted. Interact with it to open it up.
From inside will pop out Matchstick who's already ranting. Firehawk this and that. He has 2 lit planks of wood with more on his back. Crazy little devil. Pick him up and then it is off to the Southern Shelf.
