Walkthrough
- This quest is started in Vaughn's HQ and talk with Vaughn.
- He will ask you to go collect his flags to claim other bandit camps.
- After that conversation, head to the South from Vaughn.
- Turn to the West and head through the opening, under the walkway.
- Look to the South to find a set of stairs leading up toward the flags.
- Take the stairs up, climb the ladder and collect each of Vaughn's flags.
