Walkthrough[edit]
- Once inside the mine, it is time to start making your way on through toward the lab.
- Getting inside the Mt Scarab Research Center, head forward to the South to start.
- Make your way upwards along the path here.
- Once through the gate above the entrance, head to the North and through the far doorway.
- Go through this hallway and into the next large chamber with the Dahl sign above it.
- This will bring you into Garrison Omega, where you will be dealing with more New Pandora soldiers: New Pandora Medics, New Pandora Scout, New Pandora Heavy, New Pandora Infectologist, and New Pandora Pyro.
- From there, head to the Northwest to swing around the fenced central area to the East.
- Continue around the large vines at the end of the area, fighting through the New Pandora in the area.
- There is a hole in the floor that you will want to drop through.
- This will bring you into Test Candidate Detention.
- To continue, you will need to Vent the gas out of the room.
- After that, turn to the West and go through the door that opens.
- Drop off the ledge and turn to the North, to see the open doorway beyond more New Pandoran Soldiers: Medic, New Pandora Commander.
- There can be the odd Infected Sprout, and Goliath.
- Start going up the slope beyond the the Containment chamber you were in.
- Fight through the Tendrils that appear, and possibly Loot Nest.
- From there, continue in the wide circle around the outside of this area to get into reach the top part.
- Reaching the area with the large glass windows you are almost there.
- Head over to the East through the doorway.
- Once again, you will need to Vent the Gas.
- With the door open, head into the next large room to deal with more Infected and New Pandora soldiers.
- Getting through the soldiers and infected, head to the back Western portion to find the corridor forward.
- This leads to another section overgrown with vines.
- Continue through, dealing with the Infected Flowers and New Pandora Recruit.
- Follow the path East and then turn to the North.
- Going up the Ramp will lead you to the Observation Deck.
- Go past the vending machines and head up the stairs in the back to reach the top portion of the area.
- Head to the East and turn to the Right, taking the nearby ramp up.
- Go over to the right once again and drop through the hole in the floor.
- From there, turn to the South and wait for the shutter door to open.
