This mission can be completed anywhere there are Stalkers. Where there are Stalkers, you will find Stalker Piles. The chapters will appear at random from the piles. This makes driving over them the best solution for an expedient finish. Apparently Stalkers find ECHO Recorders delicious, hence the need.
Each of the chapters will be dropped as an ECHO Recorder
