Surveyor Ver 2.0 is a foe in Digistruct peak Challenge DLC and elsewhere in Borderlands 2.
They can be either Repair Surveyors, which can restore armored foes, or Shield Surveyors which give shields to your enemies

They will dart around above you. They either will fire shots at you in a dive run or they will hover over your foes. When they hover they will either repair or shield them, based on their type.
Weaknesses
Cut through the shield using Shock then kill them quickly using Corrosive.
