"Talk to Torgue" is an objective in the quest The Hunger Pangs in The Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler DLC
Walkthrough
Once you talk to Mr Torgue on stage, he will want you to follow him. Keep with him. He will explain things about the Wattle Gobbler as he understands it. He will lead the Vault Hunter back to the Kitchens where the Gobbler's meals are prepared. Go into them to enter Cocina de los Diablos.
