This is a quest about three zebras who think they can steal all of the loot located in sanctuary. It is up to you to individually track down and kill each of these zebras before they make their attack on the town. Each zebra, especially their leader Bobo, are known to drop purple and or legendary guns on death. It is advised that you wait to kill the leader after you kill the other two due to the very large bonus chance of a rare loot drop. Beware lower-level players, it is advised to be an exceptionally high level before attempting the quest. This because it will prove to be very difficult to the un-skilled. It is still unknown as to why the creators of Borderlands 2 decided to name this quest "The Man Who Would be Jack." This is very strange because at no point in the quest is there a npc named Jack or even a reference to Jack Black (who they are obviously talking about).
