Walkthrough[edit]
- While talking with Failurebot inside the Outpost, at least 4 Jabbers will appear and start attacking.
- Begin clearing the Jabbers with them.
- There are 3 Jabber infestation points spread throughout the Science Outpost.
- For each, you will need to kill all the Jabbers nearby to clear out the local infestation.
- The first one is just inside the Outpost, over to the Southeast, going up the nearby slope.
- Understand that Jabbers can use the junk piles found around the Outpost to find Sledgehammers and guns.
- These Jabbers can scatter around, so use the Mini-map Radar to track where they are running to and hunt them down.
- Each infestation is cleared only when all of the related Jabbers are dead.
- Start moving throughout the search area to ensure all the Jabbers have spawned.
- Remember also that Jabbers like to climb on trees to throw ... stuff ... at you.
- The first infestation has 6-8 Jabbers that need to be killed, you will hear from Failurebot when you clear them all.
- Make your way around the arena to the Northern side of the Outpost to start hunting the next set of Jabbers.
- From there, climb up the nearby crates to reach the higher level.
- Once again, there are 6-8 Jabbers that need to be defeated.
- Finally, head to the last location to the North.
- More Jabbers wait for you there, but this is a multi-level area where you will need to climb up and down to ensure that you have found and killed all the Jabbers in the area.
