Walkthrough

• To draw out Inquisitor Bloodflap, you need to work your way through his gang.
• There are 2 groups that need to be killed.
• The first group is found to the Northeast down the nearby slope.
• Go to the bottom of the slope to start the encounter.
• You will encounter the first Bloodflap's Gang.
• This gang will start going up the road nearby to the Southwest and then up to the North.
• Defeat them and then head back to the large pond to the North of Miller.
• Search along the pond to the West to find the next part of the group.
