- This is found nearby the Rogue Hollow Fast Travel location.
- Travel out and head to the North, dropping over the ledge at the location.
- Here you will encounter: Billy, Billie, Billi, and Billee.
- The best way to deal with the 4 Psychobillies is to head into the cave to the North to help contain them.
- There is a lot of cover available in this area start the fight and to find cover from.
- Anytime you die, any killed Psyhobillies will stay dead, but the survivors will have refreshed health.
