Walkthrough
- Go along the road to the Northeast from the Catch-A-Ride.
- Jump the gap and head along the road underneath the stone archway nearby the small COV camp.
- Just on the other side of the archway, stop to find Sid's Stop.
- Stop at this small building, get out and find Perfectly Sane Sid
- Approach and talk with this gentleman Psycho to learn what you need to do to get his hat for Claptrap.
