Turn to the Southwest now. Time to do some more jumping. Jump and airboost toward the marker:
Cross over the roof to the far side:
On the next roof to the South you will see a transmitter. Head over toward it:
Now you encounter a problem. There's an electrical fence blocking the actual transmitter. You need to shut it down.
