"Disable force field power sources 0/3" is a mission objective in the story mission "Eye to Eye" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

Walkthrough

There are 3 Power Sources but only 2 needs to be shut down. You will need to head to either Power Core Alpha or Power Core Beta to start this off.

Power Core Beta

Head over to the South from the first Power Source you destroyed. Head on through the doorway, following the red line on the ground. This will lead you to the Laser Amplification Nexus. Once there, head over to the West. There are a number more Lost Legion Scouts and Marines to track down and deal with. Go through the next door to the West. You will have a Lost Legion CQC Suit travel in with an Engineer nearby to aid it. Get through them and you will be inside Power Core Beta.

In here, you are going to be outnumbered. Fight smarter, not harder. You have a few Marines waiting for you at the first cargo container. Clear them out then start advancing up the stairs slowly. This is because you will need to deal with a CQC Suit that comes in behind you. Either take it out or just start sprinting for the next power source.

Once again, you will need to aim for and break the Blue Coolant. Take your best shot at it. Aim for the top part of the Fusion core. Wait for the Blue container to begin its arc. As it does, shoot at it to break it. This will either disable the reactor or just blow up a small portion of it. Drop over the nearby ledge after that and then head back into the Laser Amplification Nexus

Power Core Alpha

Head to the South and follow the still illuminated power flow over to the East. This will lead to even more Lost Legion Marines and the occasional Sniper or CQC Suit.

When you are in start around the corner carefully. There are some Lost Legion just ahead. Use the cover in the area and get through this smaller group of them. Just keep following the corridor until you arrive at the next console on the floor. Head over to it and activate it. Once again you need to shoot the Blue Coolant to avoid an explosion. Just watch things for a moment and you'll see the pattern. After that, pick a cylinder and fire on it.
