"Head through decontamination" is a mission objective in the story mission "Systems Jammed" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
Walkthrough[edit]
Head through the door that CU5TM-TP opened for you. Go on down the stairs. Just keep going until you make it into Nina's Jab N' Go. Time for you to meet Nurse Nina.
