Jack is an NPC in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
You first meet him on board the Helios Station
A CL4P-TP unit leads you to him
When you first get to Jack, he is under attack by Lost Legion Marines and Lost Legion Fighter Crews and you have to save him and revive him.
