This is a tough lil' scav. Just aim for the head and let loose a barrage of bullets. There is a bit to cut through. If you have any trouble, be sure to go after the Lil' Scavs that came out with her. Without a shield though, this Lil' Outlaw doesn't pose a massive threat. The numbers are slightly more dangerous.
