"Use cannon" is a mission objective in the story mission "The Beginning of the End" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
Walkthrough[edit]
Head down the hallway to the East. You have to deal with more Lost Legion and a number more of the Guardians. Keep toward the mid-point so you can easily have some cover and force the enemies to come at you initially. This also helps keep the incoming fire a bit lower.
Manning the cannon is a Lost Legion Cannoner. He is not armor so use Fire type weapons on him. Still, aim for the head and go for as long a distance as you can. Near cover. Just in case he can get any shots off at you. You advance with fair ease if you move in between shots. This weapon has a slow reload. This will lead you right into the Exhaust Port. Before you use the cannon it is suggested to clear out the majority of its defenders. Or just hop in and blast them away with the shield.
