Walkthrough

• Talk with Walton on top of the Great Deku Tree.
• Walton will present you a series of riddles that will have Link going across most of Hyrule to find things for him.
• The first riddle is: Small, red, round, and sweet! Bring me one of this simple treat! Walton will dance when you present the right object.
  • Answer: Apple.
• Place one on the leaf in front of Walton to continue the trial.

• The second riddle is: Kakariko Village's specialty fruit! Its rock-hard flesh is quite resolute!
  • Answer: Fortified Pumpkin.

• The third riddle is: This sultry shroom will warm your bones. It makes its home in warmer zones.
  • Answer: Sunshroom

• The fourth riddle is: Its scales and tail will zap you, no doubt! This shocking swimmer is called a ... fish.
  • Answer: Voltfin Trout

• The fifth riddle is: If stepped on by this, you will go poof! It starts with an H and ends with an oof!
  • Answer: Lynel Hoof

• Walton will reward you with a Diamond for your massive effort.

Walton: *ahem* the ultimate trial ... has begun! I'll tell you a riddle about an object. Your job is to solve the riddle and bring me the correct object. Here comes your first riddle! Small, red, round, and sweet! Bring me one of this simple treat! Have you figured it out? I'm guessing you're more stumped than the base of a felled tree! If you place the right object on the leaf, I'll dance for you!

Walton: Apple! It's an Apple! That's it! THAT'S IT! You got it! *ahem* The next riddle is... Kakariko Village's specialty fruit! Its rock-hard flesh is quite resolute!

• Using your Amiibos regularly can make it very easy to complete this trial. They give Link rare items sometimes that can take some time to find otherwise.
• Lynel are some the most difficult enemies to deal with in the game. Take them on carefully and with very good gear.
