Description
The deep ocean installation known as Panchaea was funded by a consortium of corporate interests. Built in the Arctic by an army of all-augmented workers, it was supported to iron-seed the ocean and combat global warming. But the visionary in charge of the project had other plans. In the fall of 2027, Hugh Darrow triggered the Aug Incident from Panchaea, intending that the ensuing chaos would turn Mankind against Human Enhancement Technologies for good.
