The Order of Mysteries was found in the Riverside Manor after the Great War by X Rivers, who played the Mistress of Mystery on the titular radio show. Working with her husband, and bringing in her daughter, they founded this order. They began to recruit orphans who had lost their parents to the nuclear blasts that had hit some of the nearby areas.
