The Worker is a unit in the game Civilization Beyond Earth (CivBE)

They can do all sorts of stuff like build Tile Improvements

Introduction

Now that we have a Worker, we can order them to construct Improvements to boost the productivity of our territory.

Move your Worker to a highlighted tile and construct an improvement.

Description

Workers represent the men and women who build your colony. They clear the forests and build the farms which feed your cities. They dig the mines that provide you with minerals, titanium and firaxite.

They lay the roads which connect your cities. Although they are not military units, Workers are crucial to your victory.

Game Info

Civilian Unit. Constructs Improvements on land and at sea, increasing the effectiveness of tiles when worked by a City's population.

Strategy

This unit constructs roads, magrails and builds improvements like farms and mines. It cannot defend itself, so accompany it with a military unit when it is in dangerous territory.
