The main sign on the cafe reads as follows:

Hot Drinks & Snacks"

Like most airport cafes, this one would have served coffee and tea, as well as snacks like scones and chips.
Now the store has been shuttered and closed down.
It is likely that during the panic that ensued after the Ceph invaded, looters stole all of the food and drink from the cafe long ago.
