Knock the thief off his bike is an objective in Days Gone (DaysGone).

Knock the thief off his bike is an objective in the Story Mission, You Got The Wrong Guy in Days Gone

The thief will take off to the South of where you were investigating.
After they go by, run over to your bike and drive off chasing them.
Just after you crest the first hill, he will be dropping the first pair of Smoke Bombs.
Be sure you have Nitro as you reach the broken bridge or you will lose the AWOL soldier.
Launch across the broken bridge using the Nitro to jump the gap.
Close the distance using Nitro after it recharges when you've had the jump.
Be wary of the Marauders that will come chasing after you when you land the jump as well.
Pace your shots to have the reticule at maximum focus.
Aside from that, try to ram the bike a time or two to do heavy damage to the opposing bike.
