Search the NERO Mobile Medical Unit.




  • This NERO Checkpoint needs its power restored for Deacon to get into the MMU.
  • As always, before you get the power running, you will want to disable the Loudspreakers to create a safe spot.
  • Approaching from the West, you will want to look into the trees there.
  • Just above, nearby the first tree is an unlit Lamppost with lights and a loudspeaker.
  • Sneak into the MMU area by slipping through the opening along the Southern side of the MMU's fence.
  • Once inside, make your way to the North, climbing up onto the truck past the tents.
  • Climb over the fence nearby it and head to the booth nearby.
  • Climb up onto the booth and take out the loud speaker on top of it.
  • With the first loudspeaker taken out, head to the East.
  • Climb on up the nearby crates onto the MMU itself.
  • On top of the MMU, head to the Southwest, toward the boards between the units.
  • Just next to the boards, you can see a Loudspeaker to take out.
  • On the other side of the boards is another Loudspeaker on the Southern side of the MMU that needs to be disabled.
  • Continue to the South to reach the far end of the MMU and reach another Loudspeaker you need to cut off.
  • With these dealt with, head back to the first MMU and go over to the Western side.
  • Here, you will find the next Loudspeaker to cut down.
  • Now you want to head to the power generator in the middle of the MMU.
  • Go to the Eastern tent in this area.
  • Inside the tent you will find the Fuel Can.
  • Collect the Fuel Can and head back toward the generator.
  • Fuel up the generator, but do not turn it out just yet...
  • From the power generator, there is 1 more loudspeaker.
  • Look to the Northwest of the generator, toward the lamppost.
  • Between the 4 lights on this post is the final loudspeaker.
  • Destroy it before you start the generator.
  • With it destroyed, start the generator to avoid having the speakers making too much noise.
  • Now that there is power, head to the West and to the open MMU.
  • Open the door and turn to the right.
  • Just inside it, you will find the chest with the NERO Injector.
