This is a cinematic mission. You do not need to do anything for it. The Queen and her Brother greet you. The Queen convinces her brother to give the Guardian what they need to get into the Black Garden.
The Brother will pull out the eye of the Gate Lord. The light inside it seems to go out. The Queen seems to think that you will be able to trigger it. She sees the Guardian as, resourceful.
