Go straight forward to the control console directly in front of you. Just have Ghost interact with it to start the sequence. If you wait, this will trigger some conversation.

• Reach the SIVA Complex
• Descend to the Iron Tomb
• Enter the SIVA Chamber
• Access the SIVA Replicator
• Initiate self-destruct
• Take the Axe
• Defeat the Iron Lords Remnants
• Initiate self-destruct
• Escape the explosion
