There is 1 Dead Ghost to be found in Blind Watch. They can be collected during any match. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1
Head to the building side of the massive rotating portion of this map. There is a set of stairs leading up to the small courtyard behind the rotating portion of the room.
Look underneath the building to the right of the stairs. Nearby a small pile of rocks you will see the Dead Ghost sitting in the red sand.
