Eris Morn is a Human NPC in Destiny: The Dark Below. She appeared in the The Tower Plaza. Now she has relocated to just inside the Hall of Guardians.
Eris Morn has just made her way back to Earth after years of hiding on the Moon from the Hive forces. She has learned how to use the Shadows as the Hive does.
Perhaps as a sign of this ability, she apparently 3 green glowing eyes. On each of her cheeks, a fading ichor can be seen seeping out from beneath the band she has on her face.
