There is 1 Dead Ghost to be found in Twilight Gap. They can be collected during any match. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Head to the very center of the map, between all the Capture Points in control, inside the building from the portion of the map that reaches out over the cliff edge.
Inside this section (4), you will see a semi-open crate. Look around it about mid-level to find the Dead Ghost.
