“Dregs” are a type of Fallen.
Description
The lowest rank of a Fallen Warrior. While most Fallen warriors have 4 arms, these are the only ones that have 2. They have been ritualistically removed and then capped. Until the Dreg manages to climb in rank, they cannot regrow their arms.
