Glimmer Extraction is a Public Event in Destiny 2.

Expel Extraction Crews.
Walkthrough[edit]
- This triggers with a fallen Skiff coming in.
- It will land at a site and deploy a number of glimmer extractors.
- It will also drop 3 Fallen Extractors along with a lot of other Fallen.
- Clearing the Fallen Extractors.
- Defeating these 3 will call in an Extractor Captain
- This fight is spread between 3 locations in the area it appears.
- Look to the sky to spot the Skiff.
- It will once again drop the Extractor crew.
- Once again, clear the Fallen Extractors and Extractor Captain.
Walkthrough - Trigger Heroic[edit]
- At each location, a small Glimmer Extractor.
- Find and destroy this Extractor.
- This extractor is one piece of Fallen equipment that can be damaged and destroyed.
- Destroy 1 at each of the 3 sites that the Fallen visit.
- Destroying all 3 will cause a large pile of glimmer to drop to the ground.
- With the Glimmer Pile on the ground, the Guardians need to stay on the pile of glimmer so it can be transmatted out.
- There will be 1 Wretch Captain that comes after the ground.
- Vandals, Marauders, Dregs, and others will be attacking your fireteam.
