Ride the elevator to the top of the mines to meet Hawthorne.

Walkthrough

• Head out of the Church where the Mission begin to the North.
• Be careful of the Dregs, Vandals, and a Captain at the entrance of the tunnel.
• Go past them and into the tunnel beyond.
• Jump up the nearby ledge and go across the next room and over to the opening in the far wall.
• This will bring the Guardian to the Salt Mines.
• Go around the shipping containers and through the hole in the wall on the far side.
• Turn to the left and follow the path up and into the mine under the sign, Salzwerk.
• Approaching the doorway will have a Wretch drop from the ceiling.
• Press forward to enter into the mine itself.
• A few Dregs are on the ground level and then there are more Vandals on the walkways above the ground.
• Approaching the walkways will have more Fallen drop from the ceiling, like some Wretches.
• Clear out the fallen to continue.
• Go to the back right part of the room where you can see an elevator.
• Approach and interact with the control panel on the right-hand side.
• The elevator car will come crashing down in its shaft.
