Adam Jensen wants to talk to Sarif about these new augments that Vaclav Koller found within Jensen. Inside the Apartment head to the TV and use it to call Sarif.
Talking with him will point to the work of Vadim Orlov. Ask Sarif about both the schematics that he mentioned and Orlov. After that, press forward in the conversation. The next objective in this mission will not trigger until your second visit to Prague.
