Dealing in Colors is a mission objective in Neon Nights in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
Walkthrough[edit]
There are a few ways to begin this side quest. There is directly going to the location and there is going through the full beginning.
The full beginning of this side mission 00, is found in the courtyard nearby Adam's Apartment.
Go into the courtyard and look to the East. You will see a Dealer and one of the Augmented people in this area.
Go to the gated door at the Eastern end of the Courtyard. You will find a Guard within the restricted area at the eastern end. Wait for him to turn his back while the Dealer is still talking with the Augmented person. Slip inside the restricted area.
Once inside the restricted area, go to the right and take cover behind the husk of the car. Wait for the guard to turn around again. Head over to the safe and open it up.
Inside it you will find a Pocket Secretary. Access it to learn about the Dvali's push for their dealers to sell their remaining Neon. It directs Adam to his own apartment complex to find where the Dealer's stash is.
Head back to the apartment complex and go to Apartment 22. Go up the stairs on the Southern side of the courtyard, go up the stairs and head to the first door ahead of you on the right.
You can get into the apartment through a vent in the stairwell to the third floor.
Inside this apartment, there are 2 Dealers you need to deal with. If you sneak in from the vents, you will deposited by the computer you will want to access. Otherwise, it is a matter of timing to avoid being noticed by the dealing on the phone.
Go to the computer in the Southwestern corner of the apartment. Grab and move the Beer Case on top of the computer.
The computer has a Security Rating of 3. If you cannot hack it very easily, go to the table just to the North of the computer. You will see a Pocket Secretary. Access the secretary to get the code for the computer: DorbaNoc.
Once you are accessing the computer, read over the 3 e-mails inside it.
