Walkthrough
From the metro station, make your way to the Time Machine, Vaclav's shop. You will be directed to the sewer entrance to Koller's Workshop below the store itself.
Once inside, follow it to the dead end on the right. Open the hidden door to get into the lab. Talk with Koller to trigger the next conversation. You can ask about his politics and then do the procedure. This will unlock all the experimental augmentation without having to worry about the overclocking.
