Walkthrough
Make your way out of of Taskforce 29 and then you need to make your way out to Red Queen. Head out of the area and turn to the East. Go through to the archway, then bear right to pass the old LIMB Clinic.
Go under the Pills Arch and then up the stairs on the right. Turn left and this will lead you into the Red Light District.
In there you will see the Red Queen almost directly in front of you.
Go inside and take the back left stairs up. Keep taking the stairs all the way up to the very top.
Go out onto the Balcony at the very top. This is up on the third floor.
On the balcony you will find Dobromila Novakova. Talk with her to start things. Bluff her to start the conversation properly.
