Regroup Before Heading Out is a mission objective in Morning Comes Too Soon for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.

I'll need to report to TF29 eventually. But I'll gather my thoughts and assess my injuries first.
Walkthrough[edit]
With the cutscene done, you are free to explore Adam Jensen's Apartment. Here, you can find a number of useful items, like ammo and consumables.
In Adam's bedroom there are a number of things to find. Head to the dresser on the Southern side of the room. Inside it you will find Pistol EMP Ammo. Look on the shelving to the right of the doorway. You will find some Crafting Parts. Below it you will find a sellable item, Stem Processor Chip. Keep moving to the right. Just next to the computer monitor you will find another sellable item, the Hydralic Micropump. Look on the shelf above it to find more Crafting Parts.
Check the floorboards nearby the mirror in the bedroom. Look at the floor in front of it. You will find a stash that is hidden underneath them. Inside is an eBook, Pocket Secretary, Triangle Code and the J.C. Welcome Package
To take the shower than Jensen talks about, head to the West and then turn North into the first door. To the left you will find a Washer and Dryer. To the right you will find the shower. If you look underneath the sink in this room, you will find a Hypostim. Take a shower, grab the Hypostim from underneath the sink. Look to the right of it, on the shelves next to the sink to find some Painkillers
Look on the bookshelf opposite the bathroom. Toward the Eastern end on the bottom shelf you can find a Credit Chip tucked away between books.
Going into the living room, on the table to the right you will find an eBook on the table. Read it to learn a little more about the world and start adding to your collection. Look along the left to the left to find another Credit Chip. The Smart house will also let Adam know that he has a message from David Sarif. This lets Jensen know that Sarif wants to talk with him.
Head toward the door and look across from it to the low bookshelf. Toward the left-hand edge of it you will find a credit chip.
Move to the other side and into the kitchen. There are quite a few things to find in here. In the cabinets you will be able to collect a supply of wine and beer. Look in the cabinet to the right of the refrigerator to find some credits. On the counter top above you will find Dai-Tang Beer. Just to the left of the microwave above it you will find some Absinthe.
Search the drawers to the right of the oven to find more Crafting Parts. The cabinet to the right of that has Wine. The final set of drawers on this side of the kitchen has Changuch Pale Ale. On the shelves above the right-hand counter top you can find another bottle of wine to take. Turn around and look in the drawers of the island in the kitchen. You will find a Biocell that you can take.
Access the computer and you will find there is a secret cache in this room as well. Using the computer you can go over the email that Jensen has. Access the computer's smart home function. You can tell it to Open/Close Wall Panel.
Doing this reveals 3 cases that have a number of items. You will find ammo for the gun you chose for the first mission and an accompanying weapon of the same style. You can find more ammo in the case to the left. The one on the right is empty. You can store things in here as well if your inventory is filling up.
Just behind the computer you will find another eBook, between it and the sink. This one is In Terror Firma.
Head back into the kitchen and look at the painting with the musketeers. Behind it is a safe with a Multi-Tool.
Having collected most of the goods about the house, go to the TV and interact with it. You can also use the TV remote sitting on the coffee table in front of the tv to turn it on.
Talking with Sarif you can either concede to him or goad him after the first part of the conversation. It has some impact on the relationship between Jensen and Sarif further into the game. Either way, you will be able to ask about Megan Reed, Frank Pritchard or just move on with the conversation. Sarif needs Jensen to sign some paperwork to finish out the bankruptcy of Sarif Industries. He tells Jensen that he will send over the paperwork.
That takes care of everything in the apartment for now. Head to the front door and go on through it. Jensen will pull on more clothes and it is time to head in for a tune-up.
