Talk to Milena is a mission objective in The Golden Ticket in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
Walkthrough
This is one way to begin the mission. Go to the Northern street Adam Jensen's apartment.
Jump up onto the ledge on the right-hand side of the gate. You can get the height you need using the garbage bin.
Once on the ledge, turn to the South and jump over to the small balcony. Use Remote Hacking to raise the shades.
If you do not have remote hacking, you can enter using the storage locker on the ground to the left nearby the entrance. Go into the back to the Vent Cover. Climb up in it to reach Milena.
Inside the old toy factory, you will find Milena.
