Walkthrough[edit]
Head into Taskforce 29 Headquarters and go up to the second floor and into the Cyber Crime unit. Turn to the North to find Peter Chang possibly at his desk.
Peter Chang will let Jensen know that their front company got hacked. This has him worrying that the terrorist behind the train station attack are trying to find TF29. He will offer you some more details if you use the Delve Deeper option when he offers you the side mission. You can ask about the Hacker's MO, the Front Company and the threat level.
Once you accept the quest, Chang will tell you that he traced the hack to an unrented apartment. It is apparently fairly close by.
