This Dishonored 2 Raw Whalebone Guide will list the locations of all Raw Whalebones in Dishonored 2

Mission 02 (Edge of World) - 10[edit]

• 1 in the bloody gutter near the start
• 1 on the table next to the dead whale with the rune in its mouth at the start
• 1 in the water next to the dead whale just past the last one
• 1 in the right dumpster on the upper level of the docks area (near the street)
• 1 on a table on the right side of the road leading from the black market to the Wall of Light checkpoint
• 1 in a trashcan very near the last one
• 1 near the Wall of Light checkpoint, in a small sewer channel
• 2 in the Canal Square on the table with the rune and bonecharm (the one the Overseers are showing off)
• 1 inside the safe on the third floor of the Overseer enclave (get combination from a note)

Mission 03 (The Good Doctor/Addermire Institute) - 10[edit]

• 1 to the far right of the main entrance terrace
• 1 between the little bench against the dividing wall and the fern in front of it, on the ground floor of the boarded up abandoned section
• 1 on the makeshift shooting gallery near the broken windmill
• 1 Within the ruined glasshouse on the East Terrace. On the ground directly to the right of where a guard is sitting at a table reading a book
• 1 in a sink in the kitchen
• 2 in the wolfhound room
• 1 in a tray on the terrace of the rear exit
• 1 in a tanning box in a side room on the way to Dr. Hypathia
• 1 on one of the autopsy tables in Hypathia's room.

Mission 04 (The Clockwork Mansion) - 9[edit]

• 1 by dead body in sewers
• 1 near Outsider shrine. Crawl into next room through hole, go downstairs past bloodfles, go into lab with dead body. Will be in a tray among other items in trays near windows facing street view
• 1 tray in fish shop on side alley with civilians
• 1 on scale in shop above whale oil cellar
• 1 side room of whale oil cellar
• 1 tray on the street below bloodfly-infested artist's studio after the wall of light in the upper section of the area before the mansion
• 1 in oven in kitchen of the mansion
• 1 in basket on kitchen walkway under arc pylon
• 1 bottom of pool under arc pylon

Mission 05 (The Royal Conservatory) - 10[edit]

• 3 in basement on taxidermy table
• 1 in office area by burning trashcan, near a rune
• 1 in office "kitchen"
• 2 on table in Ashworth's laboratory
• 3 in laboratory side room

Mission 06 (Dust District) - 9[edit]

• 1 on sewer workbench
• 1 on floor of apartment where you meet Meagan
• 1 by mattress in boarded-up side alley to Overseer territory
• 1 in boarded-up apartment by cliff
• 1 in Overseer Confiscation room
• 1 in desk in Mindy's study
• 1 on bench in corridor outside Mindy's apartment
• 1 on table in Crone's Hand cellar
• 1 behind bricks in Corvo's home

Mission 07 (A Crack in the Slab) - 11[edit]

• 1 on top of the entrance from the dust district (present)
• 1 in safe to the right of the mansion entrance (present)
• 1 in attic above dining room (past)
• 1 in dog bowl in front courtyard (past)
• 1 on kitchen stove (past)
• 1 up the entryway stairs, on a table in a shuttered closet (past)
• 1 in a chest in Stilton's bedroom (past)
• 1 on the collapsed metal structure leading to the silvergraph room (present)
• 1 on a shelf in Stilton's new study (alternate present)
• 1 between bookshelves in butterfly room (past)
• 1 on the cliffside path to the left of Lucia Pastor's building (alternate present)

Mission 08 (The Grand Palace) - 9[edit]

• 1 on fish table by mission start
• 1 at the other fish market above the smugglers' boat
• 1 on table next to shrine
• 1 above black bonecharm in sculptor's apartment
• 1 in the upper part of the Duke's chambers, on the lower shelf of his desk
• 2 on table in Delilah's room
• 1 in the flooded part of the cellar, near the room with the bloodflies, on the floor of one of the cells
• 1 on table in Vault

Mission 09 (Death to the Empress) - 9[edit]

• 2 in shelves in the boat at the end of the beach behind the black market shop
• 1 in the warehouse yard in a metal crate near the entrance along with a copper wire
• 1 in abandoned apartment above the market place opposite the black market, now occupied by hatters, on top of a locker near the entrance from the fish market
• 1 in the city watch armoury on the table in front of the door
• 1 at the beginning of the tower front yard in the office to the right with the gate control and whale oil dispenser on a table
• 1 in the tower front yard down the steps from the memorial to Jessamine in some shelves just before the bridge with two witches talking about wolfhound magic
• 1 in the tower in a broken display case on the right when you enter through the main entrance along with an Addermire Solution and an S&J Health Elixir
• 1 in the room with all the book shelves (opposite end of the dining room to the chapel on a desk in the corner by the window
